I had a card saved as a payment source and had no issues. Then the Verizon website gets redone and now i don’t see my card anywhere as a saved payment source. So i re-enter my card info and pay my past due bill. It says it went through but also tells me it can’t save my card info because i already had it saved (even though i did not see it anywhere). Weird. But at least i paid my bill. And then today i am woken up by a message saying i still haven’t paid. ?? What? I just paid it. So i sign in and it says that payment did not process AND my card info is still not saved. ? So i can’t re-save my card info and pay my bill and its not showing me my card option. I’ve used this card to pay before and the account is open and has enough money to cover the bill so i don’t know why Verizon is blocking me from using this card? It seems like an issue with the website. Chat assistance are only telling me to call in and re-enter card info (which isn’t the issue if the site recognizes my card) and I’ve just had surgery and can’t speak currently so i can’t call in anyways. It seems like an error with the website or my card but see no reason my card should not work and Verizon hasn’t said anything is wrong with my card so what the he’ll is going on? I just want to select my card from my saved info to pay my bill. I already have one past due and will soon have two past due. I can’t pay these on the website like i used to so I’m not paying until it’s fixed. What else am i supposed to do? Please fix the website and admit there is a website issue since i literally cannot save my info again. I’m not paying until it’s fixed and if it doesn’t get fixed I’m leaving Verizon because I’m sick of assistants on chat that just do things like send me a link to a new chat. I’m just trying to pay my bill. You know my payment info since the website says it already exists when i try to save it again so please fix it. You have my info, let me use it to pay my bill????
