I am literally in tears over this. I started working for Verizon at the beginning of this year and the retailer I worked for made us get service through Verizon to even make commission. (This is not the issue but the source of the issue) I added an Apple Watch to my account and returned it like a week later. The rep didn’t return it correctly in the system so it ended up staying on my account for almost * months but was in the stores inventory during that entire time. It took about ** phone calls and ** hours of being on the phone with core and customer service but we finally got the device off of my account. During all of this time there were several different representatives working on my account and they have notes in the remarks section. They had to take me off of salesmaker so I could access the account to determine what was correct and not correct. I was told not to pay the bill because it was there was a service ticket in being worked on by I believe Carlos. For a credit amount of almost *** dollars. For all of the one time fees from the past * months. I simply can’t afford to pay all of the one time fees that incurred for one having to call in so many times, caseworkers disconnecting my lines without reading the remarks on the account and so forth. All which were fees on top of more fees. Even one month I was charged ** dollars per line for disconnect when I should have never been disconnected. Idk what to do but my phone has been shut off once again over this craziness. I have sales maker and my bill is ** % off but the previous months credits that were never handled are still haunting me. Please help me.
