We are not able to retrieve our Verizon Cloud pictures I was told I was sent a text message back in May which I must’ve overlooked I want to be able to retrieve for an upgrade for my pictures also I have spent over $**,*** with Verizon I would appreciate a call back. If I don’t get these pictures back I will be deleting Verizon. When I first received the first ** GB of free storage I was not told it was for a limited time only . Very miss leading Thx Marvin
