I normally make payments with the *** system on the phone. Now I call ***, it tells me I need to make a payment, immediately followed by thank you and goodbye. There is no option to make a payment and I don't know my password or security code anymore because I always make a payment using *** and the debit card on file. I've now locked my account and accidently set it to spanish trying to get to a human to ask for help. I need assistance.
