I have called many times about this issue, my phone has not had much if any *g or *g connection for months and months now. And when i do get any it is so slow! I have called and get different answers Everytime, the last time I called and spoke with technical support I was told that it could be my sim card? the lady had told me she was sending me a free sim card by mail. That was well over a week ago. I feel that I have gotten nowhere the many times I have called. Issue has not been resolved. As a Verizon customer for over ten years I do not want to keep paying for a phone that I can not use most of the time. Im not sure if it is an issue with the phone itself or what the issue really is. My phone is in good condition. Being a Verizon customer for as long as I have i am in hopes this problem can finally get resolved in some way. Thank you
