If you are having device or service issues with your phone then you should bring the phone into the closest Verizon store. You can find the closest Verizon store by using this link here https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores/. Bring your phone and account information with you to the Verizon store and they should be able to help you.

My iPhone *s was dropped in a pool. Did not recover!*Tried to replace it with another iPhone *s resulting in "phone is too old.**Phone was working well prior to its swim in the pool* now it is dead.**I merely want to substitute another *s. This not an additional phone being added to the network* it is a replacement of a damaged phone which was already on the network.**The original *s was active and working!**Why can't it be replaced with equivalent (i.e. another *s)?**My understand is*that the *G network is being phased out and Verizon is disallowing adding *s phones to the network. But this not an add, it is a replacement. No notice of this *G phase out was received, allowing for budgeting for a replacement phone. Try visiting more than one Verizon store. *st store said that it could not be done. *nd store basically said that they would try and see. Whatever they tried worked and the replacement *s activated with my Phone*
Please help with my Verizon Wireless issue
