My phone is not responding to touch. I have completed ** hard reset this morning and it is still touch and go with the touchscreen. This is unacceptable I am paying for coverage on this phone. My husband has stage four cancer and I am continually receiving phone calls from the medical profession and I need to be able to receive these calls. I need a replacement phone or I’m going to go to a different type of phone and a different type of provider. I called previously because I was having issues and I got a little response and Verizon and I am so unhappy with this organization.
