I am attempting to contact customer service but it doesn't recognize my CORRECT INFO input and hangs up on me. Wanting answers why in my online acct data usage showing data usage for the P.M. hours of Mon July *, **** when it is just now *:**A.M. on Mon July *,****?!? Been trying since it was still Sun July *,**** and data usage referred above already there then for July *,**** on July *,****! This is REALLY HIT BOTTOM VERIZON!
