follow up my order that was given a run around from credit check that was approved but later on flagged as possible because order was for ** phones (i only ordered for *). Verizon cancelled order on June ** then resubmitted June ** -verizon sent contracts of phone and sales contract says everything good to go -jist wait for phone. Nothing arrive - followed up on June **th - customer service said it was cancelled only to realize later on after i insisted to look through the files and chat history ,that he is looking at outdated information. Saw the reprocessed order and says phone will be delivered friday. friday came no phone - called customer service to follow up, and once again they are looking at old files - this time much older - that there were ** phones ordered.....back to square one after talking to ** different people. ... No one seems to know the updated status of my phone until I insist to look through the files and chat transcript. Each time I call or activate a chat they always insist that order was cancelled and I will say no. Several back & forth until they realize that that are not looking at the updated transaction. I’ve chatted and spoke
each call and each chat is a repetition of the previous calls -same information is asked and then tells you they are from different department they need to transfer you, once transferred - same thing - you will be asked the same questions then you will be transferred bec its wrong dept. -NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!! YOU WAIT * HOURS ON THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN SOMEONE PICKS UP... ITS WRONG DEPARTMENT?
STOP ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS ** TIMES - look through the historical chat and update your records accordingly AND DELIVER THE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
