My wife put a swipe password on her phone and could not remember it. We tried to unlock the phone too many times and it did a factory reset. We do not know the Google information they have it set up under her old phone number so we can not have them send us a text to verify it I tried to put in a new Google account under her name that we just created it will not open the phone it has to be one that was synced to the phone before Google cannot help us so I am hoping you can.
