I have two issues. First I accidentally dropped my phone and it spider cracked. Half the screen still works and thus far, phone is still technically functional. So I'm seeing what it would cost to fix it without losing anything on it. My second issue is potentially a product of my first. I have switched to using my tablet for everything for obvious reasons but my Verizon Message* app will not alert me to new texts unless I leave the app open on screen. It also shows a persistent notification saying "Syncing Messages. Temporary background processing". That notification has been there since I logged in to Message* * days ago.
GetHuman829410 did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless should do to make this right.
