At **:**pm yesterday we received a text that we were being charged $** for an additional *gb because supposedly we used our *gb. We've been royal Verizon customers for many years (***), always pay the bill early and this is how you treat your customers? I checked our data plan when I got the text and we used **, ** and **% respectively on the * phone lines we have with you which comes to a total of **%. As of yesterday morning it indicated that we had *.*gb left - none of us used our phone unless we were on wifi and with ** minutes left to our data cycle you charge for the extra *gb? How the **** are we supposed to use *gb on ** minutes? This is truly ridiculous and I am hereby requesting that the $**.** charge be reversed. Check our account history and you'll see we've NEVER gone over. This truly makes me consider changing providers unless this can be rectified.
