I purchased two new phones in March. When we did we were told that if we turned in our working, phones we would receive a credit for both phones. We returned them in the amount of time allotted in good working condition. I called on April ** and May **, **** and chatted with Verizon Customer Service. They received both of them. It is now June, still no credit when they keep telling me the credits will be there in the next business cycle. They have been saying this for months and give me the run around every time. I want this taken care of immediately. **Verizon seems to not care about their customers at all. I have been with Verizon for over ** years. Customer service, promised the credits for May*June, still nothing. Verizon didn’t have a hard time charging me immediately for two new phones of $***.**. **I want these credits, credited in the full amount, not over time, to my account immediately to reflect my current due amount. Please let me know when this has been done.
