i bought a phone a few months ago,since doing that ive had nothing but problems.my bill is not right,ive been to the verizon store at least * times.I told them as soon as my pics were transferred i would send the bill back.i keep getting turned off over nite.i had a payment scheduled for ****,i will re-schedule that payment if they turn my phone back on.my bill is not right,the phone i sent back thursday or friday,the rp. i spoke with confirmed the phone was on its way back with ups.i didnt want a rep. to talk to,i said keep the insurence for the month theyn charged me,am glad i did cause i dropped the phone outside verizon store one of the manytimes ive been there in last couple months.i will re-schedule the payment for the **th if my phone is turned back on today.if not i will pay the phone off at the agreed monthly payment and go someplace else after being with verizon over ** years.
