I have been on an automated withdrawal for my phone, in the amount of $**.**, for several months, and everything was fine. Then I received a notice that I was "overdue" on the last month - how I could be "overdue" on an automated withdrawal puzzles me. Turns out my debit card which Verizon was using to withdraw each month, was lost and I received a new card with a new number. Since you didn't have the new card number you rejected my payment of $**.**, and told me I was overdue. I went to a Verizon store, told the situation, and paid the amount due, I do have the receipt. However, she said she could not resolve the automatic withdrawal problem that I had to do it online. I have since been drowning in a sea of passwords, id numbers, recordings, reps from everywhere but America, and I don't know where to turn. I am ** years old and pretty much clueless technologically. All I want to do is give you the new card number, and that should take care of this whole problem.
