We have had total reduced cell service since March **** we have been on the line back and forth with tech support sometimes five and six hours at a time a day we have spoken to over ** or ** representatives and they keep telling us something different. I have a business line I have reported there is no cell service down here and now the internet itself is going in and out. We have spoken with representatives and the store online no one is doing anything about it they keep telling us are going to send a tech to our house and no one has showed up. There is an issue in this area and ** to ** miles out and a radius from area there is a problem with the cell reception and now the internet we need someone to come down here and someone to give us some help with this we are paying for telephones that we do not receive calls on internet is dropping and no one is paying attention
