My cell phone a different one than I’m calling on... is deactivated. It’s an older phone not a smart phone. I need to reactivate it. I am a Verizon customer.

I called Verizon on my girlfriend’s phone and they went step by step w*me and helped me reactive my phone! Great customer service! Did take some time and had to try a few different steps, but the rep was w*me the whole time! Fixed!
