My old verizon prepaid phone is currently btoken beyond repair. I purchased a new, unused prepaid phone from a third party seller and cannot activate my current prepaid service with the same number. When i try logging into the existing account on my verizon my account pin is not accepted. When i try logging in online the response tells me there is no account with my current information. When i try creating or registering an account with said information i am told there is already an existing account registered with this ingo which i cannot duplicate. I have the new sim card and the old sim card. Ive tried using both to potentially regain my current service with the old number without success. What can i do to have the same number and plan as i did before my older phone was decommissioned?
