I got a renewal card at Walmart for the first time it automatically put minutes on I asked ca****er if it will automtomatcally go on when date due they said yes now it says I have a balance so I paid double I'm sick inside and trying to get a human there are none I deserve better service than this this is sad big company takes money and just has machines no humans at all tr*** all numbers it's sad I would like my ** refund my number is********** I feel robbed tell people if put minutes on * weeks prior they loose you game sad
I trust that Verizon Wireless Prepay will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
