We were charged ***$ * times bc our phones were disconnected* We can barely pay the bill let alone the *** over the next * months. I have been w u for * years and clearly we are having financial problems or we would have paid the bill before disconnection. The first time tho I made the promise to pay online and we still got disconnected. When I called the lady said to change the date I needed to call. I've never had to call before and the online promise to pay has always worked. She said it was computer error but we still got charged ***. That isnt right. How can we resolve this?
