I had insurance on phone for some reason they took it off. My phone was damaged again which I feel is a factory defect. Cuz a lot of people r complaining about the screen cracking on the Galaxy * plus edge. Went to make clain to get new screen no insurance. New screen would have been ** dollars . Was told couldn't don't Verizon who made the mistake of cancelling I never asked for it or told them cancel. Charging me *** I just wanted screen didn't need new phone now I'm stuck with outrageous phone bill and not even my fail and charged for past insurance. I feel I should of been able get new screen ** and billed thY not *** extra. Jacquline Triplett **********. Any help with this bill would be appreciated I can afford *** dollars heck I'm on disability and. Don't get much more then that. Really need help
