If you are looking to set up service just call in and you can get it done quickly it is usually the first option in calling in. You can also get a better deal by going into a store.

I got charged *** dollars for international calling after I got my Iphone * plus & added my cousins to my line. I been made those calls way before so why charge me a big bill now. I want to do payments because I’m not the account manager ... the account manager is in South Korea for deployment & he won’t be able to contact verizon due to different time zones. I really need help on trying to get my phone back on and I can’t pay this big bill at once.
I trust that Verizon Wireless Financial will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
