Recent payment will be returned due to vehicle payment being taken out early. My payment last week was returned due to being in the hospital and not being able to make it deposit. I called Verizon as soon as I found out and was advised that I shouldn’t make the payment until it came back because if I made it before it was returned that it wouldn’t satisfy the return payments.Last week the payment was returned on Thursday and I go in this Thursday morning at *:** for surgery, so I need to find a resolution before then. I don’t have a definite time frame for how long my surgery will take, but my husband wasn’t able to take off work due to being off work for almost a year because of an accident, so I don’t want to lose service in case there is an emergency and I need to contact him. We have been customers for many years, and all I am asking is to be able to submit documentation to a representative to show That I am being honest about it everything going on and look into a payment arrangement now that I have missed so much work.
