I currently have a pending repair ticket under reference NYBV02VRWF, with a scheduled appointment for today. This morning, at 7:30AM, I received a text from a technician named Michael, who expressed an early start to his day and inquired if I was available for him to come at that time. After confirming my availability, he mentioned he would arrive shortly. It is now past 10AM, and Michael has not shown up. Attempting to check the status on Verizon.com/repair has been unsuccessful as the webpage keeps failing. I am unable to continuously monitor the computer while awaiting resolution. I find it disappointing that Verizon seems disinterested in residential service given their webpage's unreliability for customers to monitor ticket progress. Please escalate this issue promptly.

Regarding Right-of-Way Violation: Verizon has been infringing on the property rights located at [redacted] Bustleton Pike, Churchville, Pennsylvania. The trespass incident was documented in early May. Unauthorized activities include the installation of new wires and leasing of poles to other entities. A response was received from "Brian" on 5/31/[redacted], lacking insight into right-of-way laws. His contact was through text message at [redacted], which led to a Verizon Mail Box system with no means of reaching him. Attempts to resolve this with "Brian" have failed. Consequently, Verizon has disconnected the property owner's telephone line, causing inconvenience to patients trying to contact the physician, an M.D. Urgent attention to this matter is requested and highly valued.

I contacted your customer service representative, Nelson, a week ago regarding an issue with wires tangled in trees above my Arch St driveway at the corner of North Island Ave and Arch St. The ticket number provided is NJC6033Z2D. This pertains to an old account from approximately 5 years ago when the tenant left. I was expecting a repair person to come to 31 North Island Ave in Ramsey, NJ on Friday, July 5th between 10 am and 2 pm to disconnect and cap the wires, but they did not arrive, leading to the ticket closing. However, the problem with the tangled wires still persists, and I would appreciate a new appointment date. Thank you. - Mike Holman

My internet connection is down, possibly due to some unplugged cables on my router. I'm unsure which plugs should be connected where. I've attempted troubleshooting, but it prompts an error about the ethernet connection and requests a username and password, which I don't have. The internet provider should have given these details to me. It would have been helpful if the technician had taken a photo or provided instructions on how to correctly plug in the cables to avoid this issue. None of my devices like the TV, home phone, computer, or Xbox are working without the internet. Please help me fix this as soon as possible. Thank you for your support.

My landline phone is experiencing severe static with loud noises, making it impossible to hear anything clearly. This is the second time I have requested repairs for this issue within three months. On May 16th, a repairman came and fixed the telephone line in the basement, but the problem has resurfaced. During the previous visit, he did not inspect the line or phone jack inside my apartment. I urgently need a repairman to address this issue. Please schedule a visit and email me the date and time of their arrival.

I have a confirmation number VA[redacted]74. Last week, I contacted Verizon to reconnect my landline in Lawrenceville, VA [redacted] because the black box doesn't work here. The personnel said it would be connected today, August 29th. It's now 10:14 p.m. and nothing has happened. Despite calling at 3:36 p.m. and being told the service would be done, it hasn't. The customer service representative I spoke to was in India and had difficulty communicating clearly. I've been with Verizon since [redacted], and this experience is frustrating. I regret getting the Black Box Verizon advertised. I'm a 70-year-old senior citizen who needs my landline. Others in my area with the same box have had issues too. Please help immediately. Thank you.

There is a Verizon pole located at the intersection of Central Ave. and University Ave. in Newark, NJ that is leaning and causing the wires to hang dangerously low over the North Star Charter School parking lot. The pole has been inspected by PSE&G and they have confirmed it belongs to Verizon. I, John McTague, a Trustee of St. Patrick's Pro Cathedral, am concerned about this safety hazard as the church owns the property where the pole is located. I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly to prevent any accidents. Photos of the situation are available upon request. Please contact me at [redacted] for further information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

During my visit on Tuesday afternoon, I noticed that my relative's DSL service was not functioning well. The internet speed test showed a download speed of 0.08 and an upload speed of 0.24. My relative, Karin & Joe C., residing at 33 Kelly Rd, Trout Run PA [redacted], mentioned that the service is frequently unreliable. Additionally, other family members nearby on Kellyburg Rd are also experiencing poor service. I am planning to construct a house on Kellyburg Rd, and a few years ago, my brother, Eric D. B., and I, Russell F. B., were requested to sign an easement for Verizon to place a pole on our jointly-owned property to extend FIOS service to the area. I had assumed that FIOS would have been available by now.

I recently had noise on my landline phone, which was fixed temporarily. However, the noise has returned even louder, affecting both my phone and internet connection. The internet light on my router flickers rapidly, preventing me from running a speed test. Each morning, I struggle to establish a connection, receiving a message that it is unsafe. This recurring issue has happened multiple times in the past year. I recall being informed that the aged Verizon wires exacerbate the problem, especially during rainy weather. I kindly request a permanent solution to this ongoing problem. Thank you, Anthony D. 51 Spring Street Butler, New Jersey [redacted] Landline: [redacted] Cell: [redacted]

I have three poles in my yard that are disturbing. They have been left with piles of dirt on my property without any lines put on them, causing frustration. My attempts to contact customer service have been futile as I am either disconnected or hung up on repeatedly. This has led to an increase in my blood pressure, and I am reaching a breaking point. If I do not receive a response by the end of the day, I will be forced to escalate this matter to my state representative and seek legal action for the inconvenience caused. I even managed to speak to someone in technical support who promised to call back if we got disconnected, but to no avail. This situation is unacceptable, and I need it to be addressed promptly.

I have been without phone service for three days now. It's impossible to reach a human being on the phone. Verizon came on 11/18/19 to update the lines from copper to fiber, but the job is not complete, leaving us with no phone service. This is a critical issue as my husband recently had open-heart surgery and other medical problems, and having no phone service in case of an emergency is worrying. I have been a Verizon customer for many years, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of support. I am considering switching providers. Please provide information on when the phone service will be restored. You can reach me on my cell today at [redacted], or at work at [redacted] between 9-5. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

After relocating from New Providence, NJ to Madison, NJ, we transferred our FIOS service successfully. Surprisingly, we retained our phone number ([redacted]) despite moving to the [redacted] area code. The issue we are encountering is with accessing our voicemail directly. Whenever we attempt to retrieve our voicemail, we are prompted to input our PIN number. Despite entering the PIN number ([redacted]) provided on Dec 5, we receive an error message indicating that the number is invalid. Can someone please advise on the correct way to access our voicemail? Additionally, we would like to confirm if our phone number ([redacted]) will remain unchanged in the long term.

I scheduled a repair person to visit my home today, December 16th. The automated system notified me that they would arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. It is now 7:17 p.m., and no one has contacted me or arrived. My landline has a loud noise, making it hard to hear. After speaking with a representative who lacked information, I was advised to call back tomorrow. I am feeling frustrated and let down after waiting the entire day. As a long-time Verizon customer and stockholder, I request your assistance in this matter. Thank you, M.E. Miller [redacted]

I have made several calls and had two repairs done in the past month to fix the loud static on my landline. The last time I called, I was assured it would be resolved, but I'm still experiencing issues during my overseas calls to London. This has been an ongoing problem for years, and I feel like the quality of service for landline customers has declined. I also use Verizon Cellular service and may consider switching if the problem is not resolved soon. Please let me know when a repair technician can come out to address this issue. Thank you.

I have Voice Connect, but my original unit was faulty, and the replacement unit I received is also not functioning. Whenever I receive a call, the conversation disconnects after 10 minutes, displaying a busy signal, and then there is no dial tone. Despite rebooting the unit multiple times and even having tech support assist with rebooting it twice, the issues persist, indicating a technical malfunction. I have been without consistent phone service since October. Furthermore, your technicians have failed to show up for scheduled appointments four times. I am looking for a resolution to this ongoing problem.

I've been experiencing issues with my landline for the past two weeks. Initially, there was no dial tone, but after contacting repair service#, it was restored. However, there has been a persistent problem with static on calls - both incoming and outgoing. Recently, I started receiving a message saying I dialed the wrong number. Upon contacting repair, I was informed that many residents in my condo building were facing similar issues, and a repair ticket had been submitted to replace the router box. I am unsure if the repair took place yesterday as planned since only the building manager has access to the box. Despite some improvements like the dial tone returning and the answering machine working, there are still issues like calls getting cut off and the intercom being affected. If these persist, I may need to look for an alternative to Verizon.

I am experiencing issues with porting my Spectrum landline to my new Spectrum mobile number at my new address. It has been 4 days, including the weekend, and I haven't been able to make or receive calls or texts properly. Only two people have been able to text me. I request a ticket to be dispatched for a Spectrum technician to come to my new home address to resolve this issue. The previous Spectrum technician I spoke with mentioned it should be fixed by 4 pm yesterday, but the problem persists. Here are the addresses and phone numbers related to the issue: Old Address (landline porting from): [redacted] Maple Ln, Sugarloaf, CA [redacted] Landline #: [redacted] New Address (cellphone porting to): [redacted] - SPC # 40 Big Bear, Big Bear Lake, CA [redacted] Cellphone #: [redacted] Thank you and God Bless! Dear Customer Service, I would like to express my frustration with the lack of assistance in resolving my ongoing phone line issue. I have patiently waited for a technician to come to my home for the past two weeks, but have experienced multiple missed appointments and unfulfilled promises of repair. Despite several reassurances from representatives, the problem still persists and requires attention inside my home at the wall jack. I am hopeful that a technician will finally address and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Your prompt assistance in sending someone to fix my phone line would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Katrina G.

I need assistance in restoring phone service at 61 Sunset Lake Rd., Bridgeton, NJ [redacted]. A fiber optic line seems to be cut due to a fallen tree on Sunset Lake Rd. A resident who uses a wheelchair lives there and has been without service for days. Their care team is unable to reach them, so I am reaching out on their behalf. Please repair the fiber optic line to reinstate the service. Also, a line crew is required to elevate and tighten the drooping cable.
