Our current activated Fios HOME ACCOUNT Number is: ***-***-***-****-** * **I am submitting this request to change the phone number that Verizon had assigned to us last week during a Fios service installation - which is ***-***-**** assigned by Verizon- to change this back to the previous number- (***-***-****) which had been in use for ** years.**Brief explanation: Last week, my wife terminated our previous Verizon Fios HOME ACCOUNT agreement (which reached expiration and had been previously listed under my name as - ROBERT MENDYK- designated as the Billing*Account Owner. Her desire was to establish a different Fios Account which designates her name as the Account Owner- MARIA MENDYK - going forward containing different account information. It is my wife's intention to have her Verizon HOME account mirror the info contained in her Verizon MOBILE Account.
GetHuman5886735 did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
