Customer service is poor! If you chat online if they don’t like something you say they shut down your WIFI so you get disconnected and when service comes back on you have someone else trying to help you. So you have to start all over again.

Only tv that works is the hd box! Had this problem for at least the last two months. My fianc* tried talking to someone but she couldn’t understand what they were telling her. When I called all agents were busy then they call you back and your put on hold. So finally after along troubleshooting with the agent she said that our set top boxes were old. She was going to send out * hd boxes for the same charge as old boxes. Next day received new boxes. But they sent * hd boxes and * non hd boxes! Before hooking up tried calling customer service was on hold for ** minutes till the end of day. No help!
Difficult to talk to a person.
Credit for the several months we could only watch one television !
