*. Have problem with coax cable length that was sent with new router. The two that were sent are too short for my needs. I need one that’s ** inches long(similar to length of old coax cable with extender). I need an extender. **. What do I do with the *-way digital splitter and how? No instructions for that! I currently have * phone lines plus a third designated fax line (* phone numbers with internet connection on only one of them).

GetHuman-philtrio did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.

I wound up just calling, getting in callback line, which really didn't work (had to wait on hold for ** minutes after automated callback came). Eventually Verizon tech support came on and was very helpful.
