I have received a final bill for $***.** which states that my bill is past due and could be turned over for collection. I made a payment of $**.** on ******** and another payment of $***.** on *******. My bills do not reflect either of these payments. I no longer live at **** Union Rd. Apt ***, West Seneca NY. As I moved to *** Union Rd. Apt. ***. West Seneca, NY. On ********. I have been waiting for the final bill so I can notify Spectrum who will buy out my contract. The Spectrum account is ***-*********-***. *On the ******** bill it shows at the top of the bill it shows the tel. Number shows *** -***-****. My tel number is ***-***-****. And always have been. Also my account number was ***-***-***-****-**. and another account number ***-***-***-****-**. I am very confused what is going on. Please call me Wednesday ******** between *:PM-*:** PM so that we can get this straightened out.
