I signed up for internet as a new customer on Thursday, **** and selected the earliest install date available, Tuesday, ****. A technician named John arrived and set up the router but noted that the internet was not working yet because there was an issue outdoors, namely that a cable needed to be spliced. He stated that he contacted the outdoor technicians to request that they perform the fix that day or the next morning. However, the issue was not fixed by the next morning. I called the support line and was told that the internet was out for everyone in the building and nothing could be done about it for **-** hours. I called back the next day and was told the issue was still being worked on and would be resolved within **-** hours. Finally on Friday, ***** I received a call from James that he would be fixing the outdoor cable. When I returned home from work that day the internet was finally working. I had to wait * days from the time I placed the order, so I am hoping there may be a discount you can provide for the inconvenience.
