I'm a long time customer and feel my STB(Set Top Box) may need replaced along with a worn out remote. I have had many issues with freezing and follow steps to reboot the STB. I don't think this should occur for as many times as I have to do this. The past several weeks I have had issues with the favorites channels. When I go into the guide of favorites * the system has randomly added channels to it, even channels that say no longer available. I follow the instructions from menu but when I go into the settings these channels don't even show as being favorites. I've also had issues adding channels. All I get is try again later. I've also tried to recreate under favorites * by starting that over and clearing it. Next day the system has added all this channels to it. Also sometimes when going into the DVR the only scheduled programs showing are for that day and it does not always load and show what is programmed coming up in next several days. These may seem like minor issues but can be frustrating to me at times. It just makes me think the STB is possibly wearing out. As for the remote some buttons have faded with age and most times it has to be pointed directly at STB and sometimes have to push a little harder to get to work.
