Our tv*internet service was upgraded last month. We currently have no connection according to self diagnostics run by your software. The picture in the TV is frozen like it is paused, changing the channel gets us one to two seconds ov TV before freezing again. We have no internet either. Neither Rebooting the router or resetting the STB helps either. We cannot address widgets either because there is no connection. I even tried unplugging the router and the box in the basement and nothing changes. The router has a red light lit up on it too. All of our TVs have the same problem.
GetHuman-myersdlh did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
