At **:** am Wendy called me back to sale more products instead to communicate with the supervisor after ** minutes she hanged up the call makes from Brooklyn office from *-***-***-****. As well I call back to ***-***-**** to get customer service department, and Lopez from the Sales Department answer the call at **:** pm!refusing to transfer to “CUSTOMER SERVICE “ indicating that Verizon doesn’t have “Customer Services “ , Verizon has “ESCALATORS DEPARTMENT”. BOTH OF THEM WENDY AND LOPEZ ACTING AS A ROBOT REPEATING THE SAME INFORMATION AND TRYING TO SALE MORE PRODUCTS. I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MORE FOUR YEAR AGO I CAME BACK TO VERIZON WITH **.** MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND WENT UP TO **$ they said calling in January **** I did went up to **$ now went up ***$and you tried instead to get better price continuing increasing the price. From both of them I learn THAT VERIZON IS TRAINING OF THE YOUNG GENERATION ASA ROBOT WITH NOT HUMAN BRAINS AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS. THE ONLY REAL TRAINING IS SALES ALL THE GARBAGE YOU CREATED AS NEEDS. GO WITH YOU ESCALATOR DEPARTMENT I WILL GO WITH MY WITH THE DISRESPECT AS WENDY DID HANGING UP THE TELEPHONE CALL AT **:** pm on February ** after she called me back at **:**.
