I have been unable to make long distance calls since I was switched to Fios this spring. I have contacted my LD provider and they tell me my account is still active, and that probably Verizon needs to confirm my PIC code is ****. I called Verizon and was told the correct code is listed on my account. I do not have a typical Fios account, I was switched at Verizon's request because my copper land line was not worth repair. I was kept on my original basic minimum service plan.
GetHuman2038735 did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
