I am unable to access My Verizon Account to review the status of my order for services. An order was placed on ******** which was to be honored through ******** VA ***********. On ****** a customer service rep issued another order *VA*********** and stated that a new router was being sent to my address and that I could not expedite the process by picking it up at the local Verizon store. I was told that the router must be installed by *******. We are waiting and would like an update on the status of my account.
GetHuman-voydee_s did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
