I can’t connect to the internet anymore. The issue started after I unplugged the ONT and plugged it back in. I did this after the battery backup unit started beeping from a low battery. WiFi works fine (I can connect to my network), but the red globe signal is on on my gateway router and I can’t access the internet. I’ve tried restarting the router and doing a full reset. I’ve also tried accessing the router GUI and forcing a DHCP lease refresh. The router GUI shows “Cable Disconnected” as the Ethernet*Coax status, but I’ve checked the cables and they seem fine.
GetHuman1706800 did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
