I had appointment on ******** from *pm to *pm to upgrade service. When I called Verizon on same day about *:**pm to make sure that Technician is on his way. Customer service representative told me that my order was canceled and she can reschedule the technician. She was not able to tell me who cancel the order. I did not get email about this cancellation.*I took half day from work for nothing. I was not able to contact email through email to file the complaint.
