I acquire just service less than six months ago. Since that time I’ve had nothing but problems with my television service. I’ve had over three technicians here to work on the issues with pixelating and no service. This past Saturday the service was resolved to some point. Today I am not receiving all my channels. The channels that are in my plan that Are not working say start cable card serviced for this device. Try to customer service called me back and sent my call over to technical support and was on hold for ** minutes today so I just hung up. I would like to cancel my * year contract so I can look for a service provider that can give me the service I deserve. I’ve been patient long enough.
GetHuman-miceli did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
