We have been customers with you for over * years now - my * is ***-***-****. We are currently very disappointed about some things we just realized about our phone plan. We’ve had internet with fiber optics for many years now and recently went to inquire about a high bill. The bills was high because of misuse of *** made by legally blind grandmother living with us. We also realiEd that we were being charged **$ with the fiber optics box that cost ***$. We have over paid all these years. We recently decided to buy the box but we really feel that we should be given it either for free or at a much greater discount. We have had the same box for this whole time. We’re hoping your new box is made with the same quality and will last us. If you can please take this into consideration as we have overpaid for this by ***$.
