I spoke with a manager yesterday (****) around *:**pm. I believe his name was Michael. **He adjusted my bill by removing a restoration fee of $**. **He also spoke with me about changing my plan to the ******* internet for $**.***mo (fees included)**He said the fee restoration took & id have to sign in to agree to the new plan terms. **Upon signing in to agree to term, I noticed that the restoration fee was not removed. **I can not agree to the plan until the restoration fee has been removed. *I’d like for that to occur so I can agree to the new plan & settle the current bill.
