I have used verizon Fios for * years and recently had to renew my contrat. They send me a new modem which my daughter tried for hrs to hook up--she called help line and was on the phone for * *** hours--mostly on hold *She is a hook up whiz and every time she got it hooked up--I lost internet. Now my copier and phone are also screwed up. They finally sent a new modem which she refuses to play with again. I have no real clue how to set up and sink my copierier and phone. I am ** years olad and had a stroke * yrs ago-My brain doesn't understand the lingo and I find the task overwhelming. I need someone to come and set up for me and get my computer straightened out. I don't have the where-with-all to sit on the phone for hrs waiting for help that I am likely not able to understand. I have the new modem but am still using my original one. Please help!!
