If you are having technical issues please reset your modem or device by turning it off for 15 - 30 seconds and then turning it back on. If the issue stays then you should call support.

I received an email regarding a contract renewal and changes in service. I did not authorize any contract renewal or change in service. Watching tv this evening i disovered that my subscribed chanels were no longer comming in. I went to the settings and changed my service back to the original subscribed channels. I then received an email stating that my service was changed and I will be billed way more than I signed up for. I just got this service in Feburary and I was gauranteed a set price for the year without a contract. I do not wish to engage in a contract and I would like my service to stay the same. I tried to call several different numbers and spoke with a customer service agent to no avail. Can someone please assist me in this matter.
GetHuman-mindbind did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
