I went to On Demand. Now that picture is on the screen and wont go off. I changed batteries in my remoter. I disconnected the input so the TV would reset. Nothing works. The TV is on a network channel (ABC) but the On Demand screen overlays it. I can't see anything and can't select a movie either.
GetHuman1331981 did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
