The issue in GetHuman-richwall's own words
I ordered an on demand movie on ** September **** (Jurassic World) and it would not play properly (double image on screen). I called Verizon customer service to have this transaction cancelled but the person I spoke to did not cancel the transaction as I received an e-mail stating my account was still being billed $*.**. This is strange since I had paid for the on demand movie using My Rewards points so I don't know why I was billed $*.**. Bottom line - the movie will not play properly (tried again on ** Sep) so I want my account credited (both My Rewards points and$*.**).
GetHuman-richwall did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
