We are located at ***** Excelsior Dr.*Norwalk, Ca. *****.*We had FIOS installed over a week ago by Frontier. Our reception has been terrible and there has been a constant beep since installation. *We have a new box being shipped scheduled to arrive tomorrow as we understand with someone to re-install it. *We switched to FIOS from Spectrum because of the expectation of faster service. *We have a gamer in the house and thought this would help him. *We, however, never experienced the bad reception from Spectrum that we are receiving now.*We have requested that the box be moved to a different room when the new installation is being done.*We've been told there Wil be an additional cost for this.*Hard to understand why there would be an additional charge when our service thus far has been more than sub par.*Can you assist?

How GetHuman-bryheber fixed the problem
It took several calls. Several tech services who were very helpful but for our situation needed to always refer us to customer service. Customer service couldn't resolve our issues to my satisfaction and refused to forward us to a supervisor. Our last call was to seasoned customer service rep who worked with us to resolve our issues.
