I've had a terrible experience with Fios from Day *. Complete bait and switch on my bill. No confirmation and no way to confirm my Fios Referral. From always waiting on hold for over ** minutes regardless of when I call, to several missed technical appointments, to super slow internet (****MB * Sec) despite having Gigabit Ethernet, to my phone not working for over * weeks. Once it did, it would not stop ringing with spam calls, despite my just getting this number. It's been awful. I just called again an hour ago and am still on hold with a less than helpful rep from the Philippines with poor english skills and no incentive to help. Please HELP!
