We have our new Verizon FIOS router on the bottom floor of a three story townhouse. My office is on the top floor.**We have an extender in my office connected to the house's coax cable.**Even so, internet connectivity in my office is spotty, slow, and often interrupted. In short: miserable. I'm out of patience.**How do I get a service technician to my house ASAP to trouble shoot this unacceptable installation?
