The remote is stuck in the music choice mode and I can't get out to regular tv. Due to the incompetence of those that created the remote control, and your unwillingness to create a manual, customers have to resolve their issues by waiting ** to ** minutes for help. This as you are well aware of is totally unacceptable, but you do it anyway because you don't care about your customers... and you know it. I am not one who has the patience and tolerance for incompetence.
