The customer service rep was difficult to understand and wasn't able to explain the reasons for extra charges or what technicians would be doing on-site to warrant those charges.
Explaining which cables (coax and*or ethernet) the FiOS technicians will relocate, how long they may be on-site, and if they may need additional visits.
