The issue in GetHuman-davidbsn's own words
Jaylan from online chat support told me to call customer retention because he could not adjust the price*contract but they could. He assured me that they were open. The first number he gave went to voicemail. The second number he gave me went to voicemail and then he exited chat. I tried some other numbers I found online, and the website, but I could not contact customer retention. Please have them call me.
GetHuman-davidbsn did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
