We recently moved to another area so we cancelled Verizon Service on ********. The last bill I got is for the service period of ****-****, which I have already paid. I called Verizon’s customer service on **** and a rep confirmed that I will receive an updated final bill within *-* business days, which will show the actual service fee I’m responsible for (the period from ****-***) and also will receive the refund for the period of ***-**** soon. However, I waited for a week, but no final bill or refund was received from Verizon. Called Verizon for several times and all the reps transferred me to a line that no one answered (I waited for over ** mins).*Hope we can get the refund ASAP.
GetHuman-pjykarin did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
